QuickBooks and Financial System Records
If you submitted information within QuickBooks as part of the onboarding or application steps:

Your profile will be moved into Inactive status
Retention is maintained solely for tax, financial, or audit compliance, as required by law
No active financial account or ongoing profile will be maintained once your file is closed.
Confirmation of Data Deletion
When your application is closed, the following actions are completed:
Your onboarding or application process is discontinued.
Sensitive personal information is permanently removed from our systems.
Only non-sensitive identifiers (first name, last name, email) remain for compliance and tracking purposes.
QuickBooks or financial entries are secured and moved to inactive status with no active processing.
